Chiara was conceptualized by Madhuri Hingorani over 5 years ago. It started under the brand name Crunch - specializing in a variety of Italian thin crust pizzas with an eclectic combination of toppings.

Six months later it forayed into the realm of cakes and confectionery. It's clientele grew by word of mouth .Chiara became popular amongst those who wanted delicious home made type of cakes which were known for their superior ingredients and unusual shelf life due to their intrinsic moisture retaining capacity.

After Madhuri's experience in Milan in April 2018 where she learnt to specialise in keto/ vegan and vegetarian cakes Chiara became more popular for the huge variety of artisanal and neo-modernistic type of cakes( including custom made cakes )other than the more classic traditional cakes that had initially made them popular .

The team continuously innovates to use more plant based proteins so as to offer more healthy options to its clients. A variety of seeds, nuts and natural fruit purees are added into many recipes.
